PITTSBURGH — Downtown-based PNC Financial Services Group Inc.’s plan to spruce up some buildings across the street from its Wood Street headquarters is scheduled to start going through the public approval process.
A year after PNC affiliate Home Town Real Estate LLC bought 241 Forbes Ave. and 429-431 Wood Street from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, PNC’s plans to renovate the two properties are on the agenda for the Pittsburgh Planning Commission hearing scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 6.
