PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh water users can expect a rate increase and a newly approved stormwater fee in their bills in the new year.
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority announced in a press release that the changes have been approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission at its Nov. 18 public meeting.
