PITTSBURGH — North Carolina-based SunCap Property Group may have found a major new source of repeat business in the region for the world’s largest e-commerce company.
Officials for Findlay Township confirm that SunCap recently has sought approval to build a new 278,212-square-foot facility on Williams Drive within the Westport Woods master plan in the west suburb.
After Findlay’s board of supervisors voted to approve the plan in November, Findlay Township Manager Chris Caruso confirmed the basics of the plan by SunCap.
“The plans have gone through the township and they’re just waiting for their building plans to get approved through the state,” he said.
