PITTSBURGH — An Indianapolis developer that added a new 270-unit multifamily project to the SouthSide Works master plan looks to be pursuing a new project on a site in Larimer a short walk from Bakery Square and the East Liberty Target store.

According to agenda materials, TWG Development is seeking a rezoning for a site nearly a block in size at 6465 Hamilton Ave., a location that neighbors East Liberty Boulevard and Frankstown Road.
