Westinghouse headquarters campus in Cranberry sells for $180 million

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — In a late Friday afternoon release, New York-based Columbia Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: CXP) announced that it has finalized selling the Westinghouse Electric Co. headquarters in Cranberry Township.

While the publicly traded company noted that it sold the 824,000-square-foot complex for $180 million, Columbia give no indication on who the buyer is.
