GRAPEVINE, TEXAS — A Texas pastor downloaded an application at a Toyota dealer to buy a new car, but a salesman also stole nude photos of his wife off his phone.
Matthew Luke Thomas has been charged by police for breaching computer security but the couple doesn't think that goes far enough. They are suing Thomas and the dealership for an undisclosed amount.
According to the couple, they had financial documents saved on their phone and Thomas took the phone to show those documents to his manager. Minutes later, he returned the phone and they discovered later that pictures of the pastor's wife had been emailed to a swingers' website. The emails had been deleted by Thomas, but a backup program had saved copies.

"I was shocked when I found out that my private photos had been looked through," said Tim Gautreaux, "Then sent to an email address that is connected to a swinger's website."
"We were at a Toyota dealership to buy a car and not to share anything about our lives with the people there," said Claire Gautreaux.
Texas Toyota of Grapevine says their attorneys are aware of the lawsuit, and because it is a pending case, they will not talk about the allegations.
