WEST DEER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A high school football player was injured during a WPIAL high school football game on Friday.
The Deer Lakes player was flown to the hospital via medical helicopter during a game against Ford City.
According to a Deer Lakes coach, the player was complaining that he was feeling dizzy.
He was flown to the hospital as a precaution.
