Designer Tony Bowls Hosts Prom Fashion Show In Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH,None — On March 7, I was lucky enough to attend this fashionable and also animal friendly event, Canines Meet Couture, at LeMont Restaurant on Mt. Washington.

This amazing fashion show was organized by The Exquisite Bride that's located in Murrysville and Gibsonia.

One of the best designers in special occasion garments, Tony Bowls, designed all the beautiful gowns and suits that made the models look stunning on the runway. The models had to make extremely quick changes for the total of 150 dresses to be modeled for the crowd!

Tony Bowls has astonishing taste; he uses a lot of color in his designs, which makes him very unique. His designs sure caught my attention! His creations are sold in over 4,000 stores across America.

Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch and dessert at the event while watching the models strut their stuff! Even 2009 Miss America, Katie Stam, and current Miss Pennsylvania, Shannon Doyle, were in attendance. They really added sparkle to the event, but unfortunately their contracts didn't allow their photos to be posted on WPXI.com.

In addition, even some animals had fun at this fashion show. Canines Meet Couture benefited two no kill shelters, Pittsburgh Animal Friends and The Butler County Humane Society.

A puppy named Ranger from the Butler County Humane Society, and three bunnies from Pittsburgh Animal Friends visited the fashion show, and even got to go down the runway! You could say these animals were dressed up with some place to go!

Gift baskets and some of Tony Bowls' dresses were raffled off. Overall, this event was a huge success and everyone had a great time. Make sure to visit tonybowls.com and theexquisitebride.com.
