PITTSBURGH,None — The Double Wide Grill in Pittsburgh's South Side gave away $150 in cash prizes at its second annual tofu eating contest Monday.
The grill decided to have two divisions this year: one for men and one for women.
Each competitor started with one pound of tofu (16 cubes). If the participant finished his or her allotted pound, that contestant was given an additional 10 cubes of tofu.
Whoever ate the most tofu in three minutes won the contest.
The runner-ups of the contest were Chris Butler and Ying-Yi, who each received a 50 dollar gift card to the Double Wide Grill.
The winners were Bob Kuhns and Meige, who each received $75 cash.
