PITTSBURGH — A driver backed up her vehicle into her neighbor’s home Tuesday afternoon in Pittsburgh Ridgemont neighborhood, police said.

The incident took place on Ridgemont Drive.

Robyn Sipos said she ran to her front yard to help after hearing the crash.

“I heard skidding, then it almost sounded like an explosion,” she said.

Sipos said the force of the crash left her 91-year-old neighbor’s car inside another neighbor’s living room.

“I saw my neighbor moving around in the car, so I knew she was OK. But I went over and made sure that the man, he's always on his front porch with his dog, (was OK), but everyone was OK miraculously,” she said.

Despite the damage left behind, no one suffered any injuries.

There was no word on whether the elderly driver would face charges or the how much the extent of damage was estimated to cost.
