WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Fire forced shoppers to evacuate Sears at Century III Mall on Black Friday.
The fire started around 9 a.m., and it was reported out around 10 a.m.
Channel 11's Jodine Costanzo reported that the blaze was contained to an elevator shaft.
The rest of the mall remained open.
Shoppers said they smelled smoke and were asked to evacuate.
Officials said no one was hurt.
The fire marshal is investigating.
