Who says you can’t dress up and still be tough? A girls’ tee-ball team from Edmond, Oklahoma proves you absolutely can with a photo that has been shared thousands of times on social media.

Instead of wearing uniforms, each member of Team Freeze (aptly named for their favorite movie, “Frozen” of course) dressed up in an Elsa gown.

According to TODAY.com, "Cute, but intimidating" is what photographer Betsy Gregory wanted. Her daughter is the team's catcher. Gregory posted the photo to the Sports Illustrated Kids Facebook page, and it took off from there.

"I think a lot of young women see the picture as empowering — empowering from the sense that you can be cute, sparkly and tough, and that's okay," Gregory told TODAY.com

The 4 and 5-year-old girls originally wanted to be called The Sparkling Elsas, but changed their name to Freeze because it sounded tougher. They only won one game, but they had fun doing it.
