Fugitive Who Fled Braddock Halfway House Arrested

CHARTIERS TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None — A man accused of fleeing a halfway house in Braddock was arrested in Chartiers Township during a traffic stop.

Donald Knupp, of Washington County, left the Gateway Braddock Center with a travel authorization pass on April 28, but he never returned, authorities said.

Chartiers Township police arrested Knupp and charged him with resisting arrest and fleeing police, among other charges.

Knupp was originally serving time for firearms possession charges.
