HERMINIE, Pa.,None — Police are searching for a man who robbed a Herminie gas station convenience store while brandishing a hatchet.
The robbery happened at the Buy N' Fly along Highland Avenue at about 3 p.m. Monday.
Police said a man in a red sweatshirt with a dark cloth wrapped around his face walked into the store with a hatched and got away with an undisclosed amount of money from the clerks.
Police said no employees were hurt during the incident.
"I really think it's horrible to be such a small town and stuff, but we just have to look out for one another," said Margaret Hernandez.
