At least 13 homeowners have been ripped off by a Windows R Us worker.
Police arrested Windows R Us salesman John Thomas after the owner received numerous complaints from clients about services not being performed.
Thomas is facing numerous theft charges.

The owner wasn’t able to identify the clients because Thomas never submitted their contracts but continued to give them excuses about why he was putting off the job.

Thomas has been accused of ripping off clients across Fayette, Westmoreland and Washington counties.
Windows R Us has fulfilled all of those clients’ orders which came out to nearly $11,000.
State troopers said there may still be victims out there.
