MCKEESPORT, Pa. — A bicyclist is dead after colliding with a moving SUV in McKeesport.
Allegheny County Police said emergency crews were called to the 600 block of Eden Park Blvd at 3:22 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers said a woman was “erratically” riding a bike on the side of the road when she lost control of it and crashed into the side of an SUV that was heading westbound.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Friday night, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified her as Taylor Mehalcik, 29, of Versailles.
A GoFundMe has been set up to support her family. Her aunt said she was the mother of a young daughter.

Police said the driver of the SUV stayed at the scene.
