2 people injured in crash on Pennsylvania Turnpike in Westmoreland County

IRWIN, Pa. — Two people were injured in a crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Saturday.

The Adamsburg Volunteer Fire Department said crews were called to the Irwin Intercharge underpass at 9 a.m.

An SUV and a pickup truck crashed.

Two people were taken to hospitals by Irwin EMS from the scene.
