Two Pittsburgh Steelers are in the concussion protocol following the team’s preseason finale against the Buffalo Bills, but general manager Omar Khan expects them both to clear in time to play in the team’s Week 1 game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Quarterback Will Howard and wide receiver Ben Skowronek are both in the concussion protocol following the Buffalo game.
“I see them clearing in the next couple days here,” Khan said, though returns from concussions are notoriously difficult to project.
