34 facing drug-related charges after Attorney General's Office investigation (MUGSHOTS)

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Charges have been filed against 34 people accused of distributing or possessing illegal drugs in Westmoreland County, Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced Thursday.

According to a press release, the suspects, who were expected to be apprehended in a warrant sweep Thursday, are "mostly low- to mid-level drug dealers charged with selling heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and illegally-obtained prescription pills, among other drugs."

An investigation conducted by the Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and other law enforcement agencies part of the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force led to the filing of charges against the suspects.

"This investigation should be a warning to everyone that we will continue to target those who sell illegal drugs," said Kane. "We understand this work requires collaboration with our local law enforcement partners as we continue to work to rid our communities of this evil."

The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.

Below is a list of the defendants and related charges provided in the attorney general's press release:

  • Virginia Celmer, 32, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance (Clonazepam).
  • Bradley Swain, 35, of Elizabeth, Allegheny County, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Gary Heller Jr., 30, of Tarrs, Westmoreland County, is charged with four counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
  • Angela Clark, 42, of New Stanton, Westmoreland County, is charged with four counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of endangering the welfare of a child (heroin).
  • Paul Gootz, 48, of New Stanton, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Michael Rebosky, 49, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Donald Kelly, 38, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Stephen Campbell, of Clymer, Indiana County, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
  • Jeremy Mack, 29, of Derry, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine).
  • Jandon Uncapher, 30, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person, possession with intent to deliver an unregistered substance and criminal conspiracy (crack cocaine).
  • Dyonte Stewart, 26, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a counterfeit substance by an unregistered person and criminal conspiracy (marijuana).
  • Jacob Shank, 20, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of an unregistered substance and possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person (marijuana).
  • Wendy Taylor, 40, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with three counts each of possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person, possession with intent to deliver an unregistered substance and criminal conspiracy (crack cocaine).
  • Justin Turner, 34, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person and possession with intent to deliver an unregistered substance (crack cocaine).
  • Crystal Brooks, 45, of Jeannette, is charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance by an unauthorized person and possession with intent to deliver an unregistered substance (heroin).
  • Albert Thomas, 27, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person and possession with intent to deliver an unregistered substance (crack cocaine).
  • Chastin Crosby, 27, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person and possession of an unregistered substance with intent to deliver (marijuana).
  • Rasheed Gordon, 23, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a counterfeit substance by an unauthorized person, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving and driving without a license (marijuana).
  • Mark Toth, 43, of North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Calvin Masten, 26, of North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).
  • Adam Jacobelli, 26, of North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County, is charged with one count each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child (THC wax/hashish mix).
  • David White, 46, of Connellsville, Fayette County, is charged with one count each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (Vicodin).
  • Hames Hans, 32, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (psilocybin mushrooms).
  • Paul Klipa, 37, of Rillton, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).
  • Justin Klodowski, 24, of Verona, Allegheny County, is charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).
  • Rachelle Hobson, 31, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (heroin).
  • Abdullah Coffee, 30, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, is charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license (heroin).
  • Alice Keenist, 48, of Herminie, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • Antonio Hall, 33, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as one count of criminal use of a communication facility (cocaine).
  • William Berry, 26, of Charleroi, Washington County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).
  • William Sarokon, 39, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, is charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (Suboxone strips and cocaine).
  • Chance McGiver, 20, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, is charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (heroin).
  • Sariha Weyandt, 20, of Penn, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (Vicodin).
  • Brandon Derry, 28, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (heroin).
