$3M winning scratch-off lottery ticket sold at Allegheny County gas station

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A multi-million dollar winning scratch-off lottery ticket was sold at an Allegheny gas station.

The 3s a Charm ticket was sold at the BP at 200 Alter Road in Harrison Township. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Scratch-Offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold.
