7 people charged for stealing Verizon phone lines in Washington County

Multiple people are facing charges after a months-long investigation into thefts of communication wire.

Pennsylvania State Police say the theft of Verizon telephone lines started in January in Washington County and continued to the present day.

At this point, troopers say they’ve filed charges against seven people. Four of the suspects were arrested on Tuesday and one other suspect is in custody in West Virginia.

Two suspects, identified as Justin Lee Fusarelli and Donald Edward Martin III, are still at large. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts should contact PSP at 724-223-5200.
