WEST BROWNSVILLE, Pa.,None — State police in Uniontown said a 70-year-old West Brownsville man was charged with sexually assaulting a minor on Wednesday.
Fred Debord is facing several charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and indecent assault.
Debord was arraigned on the charges but has since been released on bond from the Westmoreland County Jail.
