SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man accused of drugging women in bars and later raping them appeared in court Thursday.
Two of the alleged victims of Aaron Duran were also in court and testified against him.
Officials said Duran is headed for trial, but one of the more serious charges against him was dropped Thursday.
Duran’s attorney said the biggest issue in the prosecution is credibility. He said his client will fight all charges.
Duran remains free on bond and is awaiting his trial.
