PITTSBURGH — Three Western Pennsylvania men were charged Thursday for allegedly distributing at least a quarter kilo of cocaine, with an estimated street value of $30,000 in Allegheny, Beaver and Butler counties, Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced.
Kane identified the defendants as Alan Landy of Pittsburgh and Justin Bauman and Anthony Simoni, both of Conway, Beaver County.
Over the course of the investigation, agents made a series of undercover purchases and controlled buys in and around Cranberry Township and Conway in Butler County and Pittsburgh, Kane said.
According to the grand jury, Landy supplied Bauman and Simoni with ounce quantities of cocaine for street-level sales. In addition to the cocaine, Bauman and Simoni allegedly trafficked Oxycodone.
The case will be prosecuted in Butler County by Deputy Attorney General Marnie Sheehan-Balchon of the Attorney General’s Drug Strike Force Section.

Alan Landy, 24, is charged with three counts of delivery of cocaine, two counts of corrupt organizations and one count of criminal conspiracy.
Justin Bauman, 22, is charged with six counts of delivery of cocaine, two counts of corrupt organizations, one count of criminal conspiracy and one count of delivery of Oxycodone.
Anthony Simoni, 22, is charged with four counts of delivery of cocaine, two counts of corrupt organizations and one count of criminal conspiracy.
