Albion Residential fleshed out details on its early stage proposal to build a new 300-unit apartment project hinged around an historic former firehouse at Butler Street and McCandless Avenue in Lawrenceville before a neighborhood community meeting.
Before a joint meeting of Lawrenceville United and Lawrenceville Corp., Albion Vice President of Development Andrew Yule emphasized his company’s ongoing interest in Pittsburgh.
Chicago-based Albion currently owns the Highland House residential tower in Highland Park, in which Yule said the firm has invested more than $20 million, along with Albion at Morrow Park in Bloomfield, a project developed by predecessor firm Village Green Associates which Yule explained Albion split out of a few years ago.
