ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — The Allegheny County Elections Division is accepting entries for its second “I Voted” sticker contest. The winning student design will be distributed to voters during the 2027 elections.
The competition is open to students in grades nine through 12 who reside in Allegheny County. Entries must be submitted electronically by Dec. 31, at 11:59 p.m., and students under age 18 require consent from a parent or guardian.
Submitted designs must fit a 2-inch circular format, remain nonpartisan and include the phrase “I Voted.” Entries cannot feature any copyrighted images or trademarks.
Contest guidelines and electronic submission forms are available on the county website at alleghenycounty.us/stickercontest.
County Executive Innamorato spoke about the reception of the contest among local voters.
“The ‘I Voted’ sticker contest is a new favorite tradition for Allegheny County elections,” Innamorato said. “The response from voters to receiving a uniquely Pittsburgh ‘I Voted’ sticker has been overwhelmingly positive. I can’t wait to see what creative designs students submit.”
The inaugural 2025 contest was won by Molly Bozick, who was a sophomore at Mt. Lebanon High School when her design was selected. Allegheny County will continue to distribute Bozick’s design until the current sticker supply is exhausted. After that, her design will be retired to the county website’s voting sticker Hall of Fame.
Public voting on the top 10 selected entries will open in January 2027 to select the final sticker design for the 2027 election cycle.
