TARENTUM — Allegheny County police are asking for help locating a woman who has been missing since late August.

Tonya Sadecky, 43, was last seen Aug. 28.

Her mother, Carol Richardson, told Channel 11 she is desperate for information.

Richardson said her daughter, who has two children, seemed sad and had been dealing with legal issues before she disappeared. But she doesn’t believe that would be a reason for her to leave.

Sadecky was last seen on Morgan Street in Brackenridge.

Richardson said she believes someone knows where her daughter is.

“I’m just hoping for the best and praying for the best,” she said.

Sadecky is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

County police asks that anyone with information call 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
