PITTSBURGH — A huge line of cars gathered as people tried to get help from the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank Monday, as seen from above with Chopper 11.
The event even caused changing traffic patterns in the area.
Channel 11 Traffic Anchor Trisha Pittman said drivers can only access RIDC from South Linden Street now.

Officials with the food bank also asked that people discontinue traditional food drives until further notice due to the coronavirus. Food bank officials said it cuts down on people coming through the door and allows employees to spend time packing food boxes and sorting bulk produce.
You’re instead asked to donate money. For every $1, the food bank can provide food for five meals.
