Another local senior community upended by rent rate hike: ‘We are stuck here’

CARNEGIE, Pa. — Just days ago, Channel 11 told you that some seniors in Delmont, Westmoreland County, were fighting a nearly 25% rent increase.

Since then, people living in another community owned by the same group have reached out to us about their own fight against alleged overcharging.
