McKEESPORT, Pa. — The attorney of a McKeesport man accused of shooting an 11-year-old boy in the heart with a BB gun Sunday spoke to Channel 11's Alan Jennings about the claims against his client.
"I want to be very clear: Mr. Clark did not have any intent to hurt this young man in the form it's being claimed," said Phil Dilucente, attorney for Albert Clark.

Police said Clark, 31, told investigators that he shot the boy with the BB gun because the boy shot his 5-year-old son with one.
"You know, I've read those reports myself, and he was not engaged by me at that juncture. I can tell you right now he did not make any statement whatsoever like that," said Dilucente.
The BB pellet police said was fired by Clark lodged in the 11-year-old's heart. He remains in critical condition at Children's Hospital.
Clark is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and other charges.
