Authorities confiscate 30 bricks of heroin during raid at Homestead house

HOMESTEAD, Pa. — Police in Homestead are looking for two people after officers confiscated about 30 bricks of heroin while executing a search warrant over the weekend.

According to police, officers executed the warrant at a home on 20th Avenue that was being used by a heroin cutting and distribution ring.

Investigators told Channel 11's Alan Jennings (@newsdog11) that the confiscated bags of heroin were stamped "Bud Ice," and it's possibly similar to the deadly heroin circulating the area.

The names of the people authorities are searching for have not been released.
