Break shoots water into air on Pittsburgh street

PITTSBURGH — A water main break sent water into the air in Pittsburgh's Troy Hill neighborhood Thursday morning.

The break was reported on Lowrie Street shortly after 8:30 a.m.

Channel 11 has learned that crews from the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority were working in the area at the time of the break. Crews remain on scene as repairs are made.

It is unclear if any customers were affected by the break.
