CARNEGIE, Pa. — Police in Carnegie said they found thousands of dollars worth of heroin inside a man's car Thursday.

Chief Jeffrey Kennedy told Channel 11 News that stamp bags and bricks of heroin with a street value of $15,000 were discovered in 23-year-old Chaz Henry Windsor's car.

Police said Windsor hit a few cars on Library Avenue and drive off. They later found him at his girlfriend’s apartment.

“These bags were all kid friendly, and it was a young guy who was arrested… so I do think it was leaning to get younger kids to buy heroin,” Kennedy said.

Police said the heroin was in plain view inside the car. Kennedy said the drugs were labeled with names that would be marketable to teens.
