PITTSBURGH — The Glasshouse apartments, which opened at Station Square just as the Covid-19 pandemic was getting started in 2020, is hitting the market for sale, marketed by one division of CBRE after being developed by another.
Laura Lawrence, a senior vice president specializing in multifamily investment properties for CBRE, recently announced on her LinkedIn account that she was kicking off a sales campaign for the Glasshouse apartments.
Lawrence declined to comment.
Marketing for the complex doesn’t include a list price for a property originally proposed to be built with a budget of $60 million.
