MUNHALL, Pa. — An investigation that started in Sweden led to federal charges being filed against a local man.

Channel 11 viewer cell phone video shows the moments federal agents showed up at Charles Beanner’s Munhall home and put him in handcuffs.

Agents say Beanner hosted Zoom meetings with men from around the world where he is accused of showing them horrific videos — with children as young as infants being sexually abused and tortured.

The predatory behavior also apparently continued outside of his home…

According to investigators, in one of the videos, Beanner was naked in the alley behind his house, telling the camera that he wished children were there so he could expose himself to them.

In another, police say Beanner talked about working as a flight attendant and bragged about watching a little boy using the bathroom during a flight.

And there was another video, where agents say Beanner had several words and phrases written his body in black marker, including: Pedo, Under 5 Only, Child Molester, and I love Babies.

Federal agents had Beanner on their radar after a child porn investigation in Sweden where Europol arrested Swedish suspects.

Through their investigation, detectives discovered Beanner’s involvement in the child porn distribution ring and told US officials.

Beanner was originally scheduled to have a hearing tomorrow at the federal courthouse, but it has been postponed until August.
