PENN HILLS, Pa. — Congressman Chris Deluzio kicked off his town hall tour in Penn Hills on Monday.
Deluzio was joined by residents in the area who asked questions, raised concerns and shared their opinions.
The congressman and residents spoke about a range of issues including rising prices, data centers and artificial intelligence.
Deluzio expressed optimism about how he feels the Democratic Party will do during the midterms.
“I’m optimistic that we’re going to win the midterms as democrats. I think you’ve seen this exploding cost-of-living emergency and corruption in the full Republican control in Washington, and they want something different and I think reform will be a major part of what we and new majority in Congress will take on.”
The next stop on the tour will be next week in Carnegie.
