Officials at the Greek Catholic Union in Brighton Township, which owns the club, contacted police after they said an audit showed evidence of embezzlement between January 2011 and December 2014.
The audit was conducted after the credit union learned a member of Seven Oaks made a cash payment that was never deposited.
According to police paperwork, Mazine kept the money when a cash payment was made to the club. When a check was issued to the club, police said Mazine would use it to offset the cash she had not deposited.
It all added up to $219,000 over a perioud of four years, according to police.
Police also said Phillips booked a wedding but kept the final payment of more than $3,000 in cash.
Both Mazine and Phillips are facing charges of theft and receiving stolen property.
The owner of the credit union tells Channel 11's Carly Flynn Morgan both women have been fired.
