PITTSBURGH — A crash caused major traffic backups on the Parkway East Thursday afternoon.
PennDOT said around 2:15 p.m. that the multi-vehicle crash was located on I-376 eastbound near the Beechwood Boulevard exit.
The crash has since cleared, though it left residual delays. At one point, two lanes of traffic were blocked.
Traffic cameras showed backups stretching well past Bates Street.
It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash and if anyone was injured.
