AMBRIDGE, Pa. — The Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh is investigating missing funds from a church in Ambridge.
The pastor of Good Samaritan Church contacted the diocese when he noticed the funds were missing. He then told his congregation.

"We have a great congregation here, and when I told them, they patted me on the back and asked if I was going to be OK. That's the kind of people they are," the Rev. Joseph Carr.
It is not known how much money is missing. The diocese's investigation and audit could take several weeks.
