Dispute between water companies could cause 150% rate hike for some customers

People living north of Pittsburgh are watching a water dispute closely.

That’s because if Fox Chapel Water Authority can’t reach a deal with Pittsburgh Water, there could be a nearly 150% spike in water rates for some customers.
