DONEGAL TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None — A driver barely missed a potentially explosive situation in a crash Thursday morning in Donegal Township, Westmoreland County.
Authorities said the car went through a guardrail along Route 31, knocked over a fire hydrant, went down a hill and almost hit a 1,000-pound propane tank.
The driver, whose name has not been released, was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. There's no word on the victim's condition.
