WILKINSBURG, Pa. — A building collapsed after a fire in Allegheny County.
Dispatchers say firefighters, police and medics were sent to South Avenue and East Swissvale Avenue in Wilkinsburg at around 9:10 p.m.
Firefighters said the structure was fully involved when they arrived. Flames were spreading to a neighboring building at that time.

The building collapsed within 10 to 15 minutes of operations, firefighters say.
Crews say no one was injured during the incident and they believe the building was abandoned.
People in the area were briefly without power. A spokesperson from the Duquesne Light Electric Company said power was switched off in the area to protect firefighters at around 9:30 p.m. Customers in the area should have had their power turned back on at around 10 p.m.
Two battalion chiefs helped put out the fire.
