Etna building, with Westinghouse as major tenant, is up for sale for $28M

ETNA, Pa. — The building where Westinghouse Electric Corp. is manufacturing its eVinci Microreactors, is up for sale.

According to marketing materials from New York-based HMX Realty Advisors, the building, which is located at 51 Bridge St. in Etna, and features a 129-space parking lot, is being marketed with a $28.4 million price tag. That total price equals about $325 per square foot for a building that totals 87,420 square feet and sits on a 2.62 acre lot.

The building is 100% leased to Westinghouse, and the electric company is on a triple net lease through December of 2034. According the marketing materials, the building is classified as “mission-critical” for Westinghouse and its microreactor business.
