PITTSBURGH — Light-rail service on Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s Red Line has resumed after fallen trees caused a disruption on Saturday.
According to Pittsburgh Regional Transit, fallen trees overnight in Beechview disrupted service on the Red Line.
Service had resumed by 3:18 p.m., according to PRT.
Shuttle buses operated between Dormont Junction and South Hills Junction in both directions while service was being restored.
Light-rail service operated normally south of Dormont and north of South Hills Junction.
