McKEES ROCKS, Pa. — A fire forced residents out of a McKees Rocks apartment building Thursday.
The blaze happened at Hays Manor Apartments along Bell Avenue around 6:30 p.m.
"As soon as we came out, there were flames coming out of the window," said resident Shawnice Lewis.
Everyone made it out of the building safely.
Officials said the fire was contained to one unit.
The cause is under investigation.
