PITTSBURGH — Almost two months after moving around 800 employees into its corporate headquarters in the Lower Hill District, F.N.B. Corp. is debuting something else at FNB Financial Center. It is piloting its newest eStore concept via a First National Bank branch that opened on Tuesday. The innovative branch is fully embedded in something that’s also new for the Pittsburgh bank, its eStore Cafe, for what F.N.B. calls “an immersive, innovative experience.”
The small, tech-intensive branch includes state-of-the-art kiosks and the latest prototype of F.N.B.’s eStore with ATM, video chat and account opening capabilities.
“Bundling all these services in a single unit, the new kiosks are efficient for customers and may present a cost-effective way to increase our number of touchpoints in new and existing markets,” Vincent Delie Jr., F.N.B. chairman, CEO and president said via email.
