Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud is signing with the Chicago Bears ahead of the 2026 season, according to NFL insider Aaron Wilson of Houston’s KPRC2.

McCloud, 29, played for the Steelers during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. During that span, he recorded 59 catches for 354 yards but zero touchdowns.

Most of his contributions came on special teams, though. McCloud returned 67 punts for 665 yards and 63 kickoffs for 1,422 yards.

In 2021, he led the NFL in punt returns (38) and punt return yards. McCloud averaged 9.7 yards per punt return and 22.2 yards per kickoff return, finishing in the top 15 in both categories. Offensively, he also set a career-high in nearly every category, catching 39 of 66 targets for 277 yards. He rushed twice for 15 yards, too.
