SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A former Sugarcreek secretary is accused of misusing township funds.
According to a public information report from Pennsylvania State Police, investigators were contacted about theft and misuse of township funds back in December 2025.
The investigation into the report so far has revealed a former secretary was using the township credit card for personal transactions, PSP says.
The secretary is also accused of receiving two personal loans from the township general fund with an estimated value of $4,500.
The investigation is ongoing. The secretary accused of the theft was not identified in the release.
