Handyman accused of groping woman, offering another money for sex

FARRELL, Pa. — A handyman accused of entering a Farrell home uninvited and groping a woman was arrested Thursday.

Jeffrey Oatis is accused of entering the Emerson Avenue home and groping an elderly woman, police said.

According to police, he then went upstairs and offered another woman money for sex.

He was arrested the next day while cutting hedges at a house up the road.

Investigators said the second woman told detectives she’d seen the man doing work in the neighborhood.
