‘Hell’s Kitchen’ evicts Pittsburgh chef

PITTSBURGH — You’ve heard of death by chocolate. Make way for elimination by lobster after spanning extremes of the raw and the cooked.

The Pittsburgh contender on season 22 of “Hell’s Kitchen” surrendered his jacket to chef Gordon Ramsay on Thursday, done as surely as what he prepared wasn’t.

“It’s raw,” Ramsay bellowed, and not for the first time.
